Meet Pastor Britannia “Tan” Flournoy Brengettsy

Affectionately known as Pastor Tan, she is a dynamic wife, mother, author, certified life coach,
entrepreneur, and transformational leader. She serves faithfully as Senior Pastor of Divine
House of Praise Church in Atlanta, Georgia—a place rooted in legacy and known for cultivating
purpose, power, and people.

Born and raised in Atlanta, Pastor Tan accepted Christ at a young age and embraced ministry
under the covering of her parents and mentors, Dr. Robert E. and Elizabeth Flournoy. Licensed
in 1996 and later ordained in 2006, she was anointed to carry the mantle of leadership with
authenticity, humility, and fire. For over two decades, she has labored with love—preaching
truth, equipping the Body, and pushing others to rise into their God-ordained identity.
Her life is proof that purpose can rise from pressure, and vision can be born out of valleys.
Known as a modern-day Wonder Woman, Pastor Tan carries a unique anointing to speak life
into broken places, awaken destiny in others, and lead with both heart and strategy. Whether
she’s behind the pulpit, mentoring future leaders, or guiding women through healing and
empowerment, her message is consistent: You can rise, rebuild, and become.

With academic excellence as a pillar, Pastor Tan graduated summa cum laude from Beulah
Heights University and holds a Masters in Management; Leadership from Liberty University.
She believes in merging faith with wisdom—operating at the intersection of ministry and
marketplace. As a 25-year veteran in the real estate law field, she founded two successful title

companies—RTCS Title Services, Inc. and Southside Title, LLC—bringing professionalism,
purpose, and integrity to the industry.

Alongside her husband, Pastor Dwane Brengettsy, she models covenant, commitment, and
Christ-centered leadership. Together, they are proud parents to their son, Dwane “DJ”
Brengettsy, Jr., and continue to build a legacy of faith that empowers families, future leaders,
and their community.

At the core of it all, Pastor Tan is not chasing platforms—she’s building people.
She isn’t trying to impress—she’s called to impact. Her ministry carries the heartbeat of a
generation crying for real answers, real healing, and a real encounter with God. She often says:
“The world doesn’t need more Christian actors; it needs truth tellers. People who will identify
